I think almost every coach has their take on procrastination. My hope is that today’s tips help you see the “root” of the mental and emotional pattern that creates procrastination.

I used to procrastinate often and for quite a long time on things that I really wanted to do, but that is definitely not the case anymore because I practice these 2 tips almost daily.
