It takes me 3 hours to perform my morning ritual.
Whenever I share this I’m frequently asked what I do in those 3 hours before I hit my work day?
I meditate, receive answers from my Higher Self to the questions I most want support on, exercise, eat breakfast with my hubby, share what I appreciate, and intentionally visualize my day.
Although I have a basic structure, I urge you to not fall into the trap of doing the same morning ritual every day. If you do, you’ll not create change in your life as quickly as you desire.
Watch this short Awaken TV episode to find out why you should have a slightly different ritual every morning and how I adjust mine.
Are you willing to take up my weekly challenge to you?

Much love,

This is great! I find my morning ritual plateaus sometimes, so I got out of bed differently today, rising up on my knees first and stretching up. I sang to myself instead of listening to my Audiobook, as I usually do while gathering together my “errand bag” stuff. This episode put the exclamation point on the expansion I feel today, having done a few things differently… Thank you!
Changing up… this video is a real eye-opener! Rachael Jayne, you gift us with wisdom that doesn’t tell me what to do or how, but opens me to exploring what that wisdom is for me specifically, and how I am ready to use it for each next step of my climb. You give me the “Living Water” from which to drink. I’m grateful for you!
When I was so sick, and someone talked to me like an equally well person, I used to think: “She sees a well person in here. Maybe I am that!” And I got well, despite the seeming impossibility of it. With you, I think: “She sees a powerhouse in here! Maybe I am that!” I know now that “Wellbeing” and “Powerhouse’ are the One Infinite Life we all share, expressing in unique ways. You respect the unique ways. I truly appreciate you for that, Rachael Jayne.
Blessings and Love,
Di Lemon
