When fear surges through your body, do you know what it means?
Does it mean STOP, don’t do that? Is it your intuition trying to tell you something?
If fear is stopping you more than you would like to admit, I urge you to listen to me teach on the 3 Types of Fear. If you don’t know how to pull these 3 types of fear apart and know what fear is trying to tell you, you are living a fraction of your potential success and happiness.
Fear is a prison. I hope this helps you find your way out.

wonderful.
Best clarification on fear I’ve ever heard!! I’ve missed out on so many opportunities ( thinking fear is always my intuition guiding me) but now I know better.
So, I am a bit confused about the third type of fear.
Are you saying that it is just the combination of the first and second type of fear in a way that allows you to divide the two and continue to make a judgement on what is true to your potential, a filter for decision making as far as whether to stop (danger) or disregard the fearful thought (fear of future possibilities)? Once filtering through, I may see that it is OK to continue since there is no real danger and the thought is just a mirage of future fear possibilities that I don’t need to consider? Then I can assess the decision itself and if I truly want to do it and it is true to my core essence and purpose- it’s OK to move forward.
Great message. So applicable to my life! Thanks RJ! Hugs
