When conflict arises in relationship who’s mostly at fault?

The ego wants to point the finger at the other person and say, “it’s their stuff.”

It’s easy for some people to put the blame on the other, but in other cases some people fall into the trap of taking on all the responsibility and try to do enough inner work for  both people.

When you hit a gnarly dynamic in a relationship how do you know if it’s your stuff or their stuff?

Watch me share my answer here.

This is an important question to pull apart for many reasons.  To get a greater understanding around this will help reduce painful conflict in your relationship. It will increase your level of peace and compassion in your life and decrease your chances of being triggered by someone else.
