I don’t know whether to feel awkward or relieved that I have changed so much.
My dad just handed me a collection of photos my mother had curated for me before she passed away. I was such a DAG! (you would say dork in the USA). Watch this video and I’ll prove it to you.
I didn’t just shoot this week’s episode of Awaken TV to show you old photos of me in a tennis skirt and a bad perm, but to remind you of what many people do that prevent the great change possible for them in their life.
Think of something you’d like to change. Don’t imagine a small change; think of a big one. Maybe a big change in your health, your wealth, your patience, or in the way you look. Then take a quick look at this video with that in mind.
Significant change is possible no matter your age. Don’t give up with statements like, “I’ll always be this way,” or “That’s just who I am.”
After you watch the video post a comment below. I’d love to hear what it reminds you of.
Thanks for joining me!
RESOURCE OF THE WEEK
The PURE POTENTIAL INCUBATOR™ is an opportunity for just 10 people to gather with me and do some deep work. (In Australia and the USA)
This time to retreat and receive powerful insights is for you if any of these are true:
– You feel stagnant or a little bored but know you want to make a bigger difference in the world
– You’re not fully happy even though you are outwardly successful in your career
– You have a business coach helping you with strategies, but need to take some time to really feel into the next stage for you
– You know something big is coming for you and would like clarity around that
– You are committed to having your higher self lead your life, and let your strategic mind follow.
On this page I share more of the details of who this is for and who it’s not for.

Apply today, as there are only 10 spaces open in a PURE POTENTIAL INCUBATOR. It’s intimate and deep work. We’ll be in contact soon after we receive your application.
Much love,
Rachael Jayne
Thank you for the uplifting message. No matter your age, change is possible.
hi I appreciate your insights,
I always had the saying home is where your heart is, and so i forgot to feel the rest of the body ie; womb was never where my heart was so I definately need to change that embodied belief and believe and feel they are all one xo
Thanks Rachael, I am always changing, I am happy, I am positive and so grateful for everything I have .
It took a while but I finally came up with a “that’s just who I am” statement. I love to sleep late – I’m not a morning person. That’s just how I’ve always been…. Ugh. You are so right. It puts such a limit on who I can be! Thanks for that. I’ll be watching over the next few days for more of those kinds of statements. Love!!!
I Cant afford to do the Pure Potential Incubator, but I would love too.
So i can have clarity in my purpose and be able to change my old limiting beliefs around abundance so my higher self can entrain my family and community with pure potential.
So the family belief – i cant afford to do anything, as I have no money,
and i don’t have a payed job being a mum needs changing. I am willing to receive all help with this namaste love KB
Thank you. I enjoyed this as I do with all of your work. I wanted to wish everyone that takes up the incubator well. I live in Darwin so more flights and accommodation plus time off work are a stretch this time round. I believe i will attend an incubator event in the near future. Good luck to all – enjoy kicking butt and getting the job done. Love and blessings.
I would like to improve my relationship to the concept of time. Sometimes I feel in the flow, effortlessly prioritising the most important. Other times there is a big contraction of energy when I think ‘I can’t fit it all in’ or ‘there’s not enough time’! They are pretty common thoughts for me and strong in my family lineage 🙂
I love this video Rachel! Btw you look gorgeous! Your inner being really shines through. You are so right about the identity we hold onto rather than allowing ourselves to just let it go. I am always learning and Iove that your video reminded me of the things I tend to say to myself – maybe less occassionally but I still say them none the less. Thank you!
