Do you fall into the trap of saying YES when you really want to say NO?

I still do.

Sometimes I’m caught off guard and not sure what to say that would not make the person who just requested something of me feel bad or rejected.

After spending 6 days with a lovely group of women in our advanced Art of Feminine Presence training last week, I realized saying YES to a request when you really want to say NO is still at epidemic proportions.

To stop this pattern which keeps hurting your own self-worth and priorities…

Here are 4 ways I came up with to gracefully say no

Just knowing what to say is not fully going to change the dynamic that robs you of time, energy, and personal power, but it’s a start.

Ask yourself these questions:

– Do you often do things to keep the peace or to feel comfortable and not be rejected, rather than go full-out for your own desires and priorities?

– Do you get easily distracted by other people’s needs around you?

– Do you feel like you’re not noticed, respected, valued, or offered opportunities as easily as others?

– Do you want 2020 to be a year of quantum growth – personally and professionally?

If you said YES to any of these questions, then I’d like to talk further.

There are only a few days left to our $500 OFF SALE for our Art of Feminine Presence® 6-day intensives, where that quantum shift can occur.

Doing this training allows you to become an Art of Feminine Presence® teacher. You would get paid to empower other women to increase their feminine energy, their courage, and their ability to own their voice and value.
