What is your relationship with the word PROBLEM?

When a problem arises, let’s say in your business, or in a relationship, where does your mind immediately go?

For most people it usually goes to thinking that somehow the problem means something bad is happening.

It’s not true.

I have trained myself over the last decade to become an excellent problem solver, quick to get to an inspired and sound solution. But I’ve not always been like that.

I turned myself into a fast problem solver out of frustration from attempting to grow our business. If you’re an entrepreneur, you know that building a business presents problems every day.

I was getting fed up with myself. I didn’t want to stay stuck in feeling sorry for myself when a problem arose. I didn’t want to continue perpetuating the belief that I must have done something wrong if a problem arose.

It’s just the nature of life. Growth is the nature of life. Problems create growth…if you are willing to meet the problem in a powerful way.

In this short episode of Awaken TV this week, I outline what the first step is to becoming a person who always meets a problem with the mindset of potential, which leads to a solution.

Watch it here.  Then take on my coaching question in the video with light-hearted seriousness this week.  It’s a game changer.

Let me know your thoughts below the video.  I’d love to hear from you.  As always, please share this with others who would benefit from not being stuck in the weeds and need to become a great leader, which means greater problem solver.

Much love,

Rachael Jayne
