Pause…
How are you feeling right now?
Where has your mental attention been over the past few hours?
Has your mind been saying things to you such as:
– Work harder. You’re not doing enough.
– Why bother with this? There are other people doing it better than you.
– If only they would change, then I could be happy.
– I’m just waiting for the other shoe to drop.
I shot this video of a quick 3-minute guided practice to dramatically increase your peace of mind and connect you to a state of pure potential.
If you have been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, constricted, or a little fearful, then take a few minutes and watch this now.
I share the #1 key to mastering fear and eradicating self-judgment, which can be quite a surprise.
Even if you are busy, take a moment to get yourself into a place that will support everything else you are doing for the rest of your day. The practice is just 3 minutes and it’s at the beginning of the video.
Much love,
Rachael Jayne
Felt calming and powerful.
I’m so glad you found that, Ida. It’s been my go-to for a long time.
That was great Rachael Jayne. My mind was very “busy” with self – critical chatter. It has all gone. A beautiful sense of peace. Thank you thank you. Much gratitude – Maree from Melbourne
That’s wonderful, Maree! Come back to this practice as often as you can and the critical chatter may begin to quiet.
Ahhh… reset. I love this powerful practice. Thank you.
You are so welcome, Jennifer. You know how to keep your alignment strong.
wow – thanks Rachael
Any time, Pauline.
Wow-amazing, my head started shaking a little and when I dropped into the pelvis my mouth opened widely with an enormous smile and I had strange laughs right from my belly, such a relief to ‘pass’ the monkey mind, entering the real Me. Wow! Thank you!
That’s amazing, Ellen! It shows that you can be joyful at any moment, just because you choose to be. Keep doing the practice and let me know how it goes.
Hi Rachel Jayne!!
Another moment of synchronicity. Knew I needed readjustment…my monkey mind was going to town and while it initially felt like I was “taking care of business” today, as it hydroplaned into the future, I started spinning out and my anxiety, fear and self-judgement kicked right into gear…thankfully I responded to the check my email impulse, and bam, there you were! You are!!! Thank you for the lesson. Mission accomplished!!! xx
Myers
It sounds like you are ready for lift off, Meyers! Use this practice the next time you start to “spin out” and over time you will be able to catch yourself faster and faster and get right back on track.
Amazing. Got me to a spacious quiet place immediately. Peace. Thank you!
That’s wonderful. What were you able to let go of in that moment?
Thank you, Rachael Jayne!
You are always welcome, Candace.
So wild! I was just about to share this EXACT practice with my followers this week!! LOVE It!!! Thank you Rachael Jayne.<3
Wonderful! We know what works, Chelsea. Do you use this practice often yourself?
Thank you Rachel Jayne. Very timely after some health issues this week jumping straight into fear.
Hi Jo, I hope that your health issues disperse quickly and I believe that you can stay centered in the midst. Hugs.
Really peaceful for my mind busy mind this morning. I landed in my heart. Thank you
Stay in your heart, Annie. It’s such a great antidote to the busy “monkey mind.”
Wow great timing thank you for that
Glad you found it timely, Jennifer!
This is simple, subtle and powerful! It explains why one of my fears during my last AFP weekend just vanished by the end. I had not even been focusing on it, just on embodiment. Thank you!
I am so happy to hear that. If that fear pops up again come back to this practice and that fear will continue to fade.
