Emmy Stelling

My name is Emmy Stelling, founder of the company Vrouw & Essentie, I work as a Feminine Presence Teacher and coach. I teach women how to increase their self confidence, visibility and impact. By embodying their inner power and feminine essence, women achieve their goals in life, work and relationships with more joy, ease and success.

In my trainings I combine the Art of Feminine Presence with other personal development tools I learned since 2004. Such as: the Circle, the work of Byron Katie, wombspace and women work and NLP. I am a member of the Dutch Leadership Academy.

For 18 years I worked in a corporate environment, as a sales manager and as a general manager in a company with 72 people. Nevertheless I also felt insecure and not good enough. Being a highly sensitive woman, working in a mainly male dominated world, I was wearing a mask most of the time. Besides that I had my challenges and lessons like: relationships, sexuality and single motherhood (since 2006). I developed both my masculine and feminine qualities. My life transformed after implementing the practises from the Art of Feminine Presence:. I reclaimed my inner leadership, my feminity and life force in a new way. In 2013 I founded my company and since 2018 I live with my new partner and my son.

For all women who want to live their dream life these tools are of paramount importance. It is my passion to teach women how stand in their authentic power. Learning to connect your head, heart and feminine power center to become a magnetic woman. I love the practises, the awesome meditations, the shadow work and the proces of changing fears into courage. So that women are radiating their greatness. Let’s create a better world together!
