Elena Efthimiou

Elena is a certified Art of Feminine Presence teacher. She offers group classes and private coaching to empower women. She teaches women powerful practices to be seen, be heard and inspire change. She lived for years in a conscious community of 250 people where she had the chance to deep dive in the psychology of the self and come closer to the relationship with other people, the surroundings, and one self. She has implemented the practices of this gentle but powerful work into her own life, and experienced a deep sense of her own feminine presence and energy.
