Carol F. LaRue has dedicated her life’s work and practice to helping individuals feel better, have more energy and resilience, more enjoyment and effectiveness in every day living, and to find more meaning in relationships and experiences. She is the author of the book, The Art of Self-Health, Creating Total Well-Being from the Inside Out. As an integrative wellness coach, Carol open heartedly embraces and teaches a set of skills and practices to assist individuals in moving through the unpredictability, stress and challenges of life while enhancing and preserving their well-being. Carol’s personal navigation through many life challenges have been her greatest teacher. She is a licensed occupational therapist, a brown belt certified Nia Technique® movement instructor, certified Pilates mat exercise instructor, a certified instructor of Transformation Meditation and a Level 2 certified teacher of The Art of Feminine Presence™. Her experience in discovering greater personal joy, ease, energy, balance and well-being provides a genuine credibility and knowingness as she guides others on their journey toward self-health. Carol joyfully brings a sense of grounded, “real life practicality” into all of her teachings.
Carol lives on Grand Lake in Oklahoma and is available to facilitate Art of Feminine Presence workshops and classes in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Arkansas.
