One thing Datta and I are so proud of is that we have attracted really awesome people on our team. That hasn’t happened by accident.

It’s been a painful growing process through mistakes we have made in the past, and I want you to learn from our mistakes, and from our research on how to hire great people who will allow you to focus on what you do best.
