Time off, presents, family . . .
This is a week many look forward to for months – or even most of the year.
For others, holidays and being around old family dynamics rank right up there with a trip to the dentist.
No matter how you feel about the holiday season, it’s an opportunity to re-write old familial patterns and start setting a new way of being with people.
This week’s special holiday episode is coming to from Australia where I have been visiting my family. It includes a beautiful practice that will help you and someone you spend the holidays with feel wonderful and more connected.
Watch it here!
All of us here at Groover Seminars wish you an insightful and lovely holiday week. We’d love to know what you are doing to celebrate. Please post a comment below.
Much love,
thank you so much dear Rachael, it is good to see you again… for me i find it so difficult to behave “naturally” with family members but i will try what you advise and see what happens … keeping awareness in the heart and feeling compassion helps me also a lot, not to be overwhelmed by too much reactivity … om and love and lovely holiday times 🙂 isabelle
Happy Holidays Isabelle! Did you find that it made a difference over your holiday celebrations with family?
Thank you Rachael for this. Such an important point to note. So simple yet so overlooked.
Exactly! 🙂 Did you find that it helped?
Thank you for this. It is a really beautiful practice and reminder.
Happy Holidays Lana 🙂 I’m glad you enjoyed the video!
It is such a pleasure to hear you speak and to partake of your beautiful energy and spirit. I have subscribed to your newsletters for over a year now and have always taken away something very valuable. I truly admire you-you radiate from within. I also love this practice from today’s video. I am going to incorporate this everywhere I go. Not just with family. Thanks so much!
