Admit it, feeling like you failed sucks.

I have not evolved past feeling deeply disappointed when I fail to meet my goal with something I really want.

This week I shot a video on my process of how I pull myself out of feeling so down after feeling like I’ve failed. I use this with my clients, and I thought it would probably be a timely reminder for many in our community.
