As everyone shares what they are thankful for today, I would like to share some of my biggest shortcomings.
I have a confession that I want to be witnessed today, and I want to change.
My confession is about my relationship to gratitude. It has not always been the best.
I have been spiritually arrogant in some ways, and I urge you to watch our Thanksgiving episode of Awaken TV to make sure you haven’t been falling into the same trap.
If you want to continue on from last week’s episode and open the floodgates to more love, joy, and abundance in your life, this is one to watch!
From everyone at Groover HQ we wish you all the very best for a wonderful Thanksgiving if you are in America. If you are in another part of this beautiful world, this week’s practice will help you stretch your receiving muscle and have you feel a lot more happiness today.
I’d love to hear the top 3 things you are most grateful for today. Mine are:
1) My loving and funny husband and rest of my family who I enjoy hanging out with so much
2) My business that allows me freedom to be creative and carve my own path
3) I fall asleep every night knowing that I am loved and supported, no matter what stress happened that day
Post yours below.
Today,
I am grateful for the video you sent me Rachel because it is like a reminder for me to start practicing Gratitude more often.
…and for having a computer that enables me to receive knowledge from so many talented people around the world
…and for having a mother who is very supportive of my dreams and listens to me whenever I am talking passionately about my plans for achieving my dreams 🙂
Thank you Rachel for sending this video to me… 🙂
Thank you Rachel. My gratitude today is for the healthy lifestyle I am able to live in Spain,
I am also grateful for a family who allows me to live like this. And thirdly, I am grateful that I don’t have to listen to people my age or younger, going on and on., listing details of their suffering health problems and having three particular good friends who maintain my positivity
I’m grateful for another day of life for me and family.
I’m grateful for you should this message video with us.
I’m grateful most of all that life is giving me new moment in time and
Know in that I’m loved by God. I’m Thankful.
(1)…..I can fall asleep at night knowing knowing that no matter what happens and even though I might not have the props of being loved and supported I am OK, this is because after aeons of time I have come home to myself.
(2) for the birds singing outside my window, for the fox which stares at me as I step outside. For the rain, the sun and the snow, each a blessing in it`sown right.
For being given the gift of life and seeing the world as it is and not projecting onto it how I want it to be through the faulty lens of perceptions
I am grateful for my life partner, in whose presence and loving eyes I am more fully empowered and supported to grow into the best I can be, and in whose strong arms I am better able to offer my gifts to the rest of the world.
I am grateful for the farmers around me, especially the ones who are awakening to the links between food and health, not only for their home gardens to feed their own families, but also for their broader community and the world. Without their bravery and persistence to build paths around an unhealthy global food system, I would not have the health I have today.
I am grateful for my community, the people around me who can see my worth and share their eyes when I am at my lowest points, and who reach out to give each other boosts because of their hope for each other’s success in making the world a better place.
1 I’m really grateful for the courage i took deciding to rent one less room in the bed and breakfast so I could have my own space
2 I’m deeply grateful for the beautiful victorian bedroom I now have filled with all my own things and a beautiful altar by the window
3 I’m really grateful for my menopause which is pushing me into claiming and remembering the amazing woman i am and can share with everyone i come into contact with reminding them of their own beauty and uniqueness.
I am grateful that my life is finally taking more of the direction I desire it to take as my business is expanding, I am receiving more money and I am contributing to other people through what I do.
I am grateful for knowing Datta and Rachael Jayne and for the spiritual message they send Gina and me every time we see them, and every week on the internet. You make our lives better and you help show us the way to live. Thank you,

I am grateful for you, Rachael Jane, and so unbelievably many other people, for offering so endlessly many free things on the internet.
I am grateful for my job, with a steady and increasing income, and my work and skills being appreciated by my colleagues and bosses.
I am grateful for being able to live in the most holy part of the most holy city in the world: the Old City of Jerusalem.
And for soooooo many other things!
Wonderful episode Rachael Jayne, thank you so much for finding inspiration and sharing that with us in such a beautiful, every week!!
I find myself being consciously grateful every day, since the moment I arrived in this beautiful place in the South of France, Les Labadous, at the bottom of the hill of Rennes-le-Chateau.
I am grateful for the land here and all of its nature and the French people and the way they create their lives.
I am very grateful for my family to give me the space to go away for half a year and them taking over the care for my 95 year old mom with Alzheimer .
I am very grateful for all the teachers and amazing people who have nurtured my longing to learn, heal and grow.
I am grateful for being an ‘elder’ and the wisdom that live has brought me and my ability to share through the book I am writing right now.
I am incredibly grateful for the three AFP sisters that have stepped up to be my witnesses in this book writing process.
And I am grateful for my beautiful and radiant body that is with me every day. I love her!
And I love you, Rachael Jayne and Datta. Mmmmmm. Thank you for loving me too <3
Hi Rachael, I am grateful for this video. This is the second one in 2 days calling for me to start a gratitude practice. Being in Australia, we don’t celebrate Thanksgiving, but I am so thankful for all that I have, all that I am and all that I can be.
I was offered a simple practice of gratitude yesterday which I will take on and perhaps team up with my husband so that we can witness each other in this.
Instead of writing down 3 or 5 things to be grateful for, the advise was to write down just 1 thing, but 5 reasons why you are grateful for that thing. I feel this is a much more powerful option and will help us really dig into why we are grateful and not just saying it for something to say. I shall give it a go and let you know how it is working.
p.s. I attended the Art of Feminine Presence conference in Melbourne and can’t thank you enough for the shift that has taken place within. I am so grateful. Why?
1. I got meet so many beautiful, conscious women.
2. I have learnt amazing practices that help to make me more conscious.
3. I learnt so much about myself in regards to containing or un-containing my energy.
4. I hadn’t realized my womb & heart were disconnected which personally makes a lot of sense to me.
5. I shifted this disconnection in the last witnessing meditation that we did which moved me to tears.
Namaste
Grateful beyond grateful.
Thanks for sharing Chez. It was so great to meet you last week. I love that tip of writing one thing and then digging deeper into 5 reasons why. Thanks so much for sharing about Art of Feminine Presence event. It was great to be a part of.
Much love,
Rachael Jayne
Oh, that is a great practice Chez, I will start that too; it gives me more clarity instead of just trying to think of something. Wonderful!
Thank you Rachael Jayne and Datta for this reminder to make a gratitude list on a daily basis. I am grateful for your videos and how positive and cheerful you always appear. I too am grateful for having access to a computer, internet and the electricity to charge the battery (:-)) so I can receive all the free information to help with my personal and spiritual growth, right here in my living room. Love and Light xx
Thank you, Christine for this post! Isn’t that the truth: technology is wonderful for information!

Rachael Jayne, I am so grateful for you and Datta in my life. Your belief in me and support of me has made a huge difference in my heart. I am also grateful for my precious family. My adult children Rob and Jenn are loving and amazing souls. My sister Pam and her husband Dennis Clifford are inspiring as they walk the journey of dealing with Lung Cancer. My grandchildren Grace and Noah link all of us through their light and their love. I am ever so grateful for my spiritual community of Mile Hi Church. The past few months have been very challenging for me and the support I receive there keeps me walking forward in faith. Love and Respect you both so much.

I am grateful for the big feast of every day, the vein of gold in every soul I meet, the eyes of God, in all I see,
the creative universe that provides to me. The physical ability I have to dance, move, and express myself, I am grateful for many freinds and family that believe in my better self and sometimes accept my lower self.
I am grateful for the light and love you all have shared with Rachael today!
Thank you for this wonderful post, Christina.

I’m grateful for my lover, my family and friends that are profound and fun. And I’m grateful to have time to nourish projects that make me vibrate!
Thank you, Julie! This was fun to read.
