We are together almost all of the time.
My husband Datta and I work, play, eat, sleep, travel — and yes, have the occasional argument together.
In addition to that, we both have very strong personalities.
This week I wanted to share an amazing relationship practice that we just added to our weekly calendar. It’s already making a huge difference. We’ve always had our weekly ‘Date Night,’ but this is different and arguably more important if your relationship is going to survive and thrive over many years.
RESOURCE OF THE WEEK
More than Dating Home Study Program (For Singles or Couples)

• Gain greater awareness on how you project your sexuality and how your signal is being picked up.
• Increase your attractiveness to others.
• Women: You draw in the right man’s attention by increasing your feminine essence – learn practical ways to do so.
• Men: You draw in the right woman’s attention by increasing your masculine essence – learn practical ways to do so.

Much love,
although i feel always the need of “feedback” in any interaction with people (after seminars exemple..) i would not have imagined that that sort of practice could be useful and even possible in a couple ! i would have thought that love is enough, trust and closeness are enough …. but you are absolutely right, and it is a
great practice which makes me wanting to live a clear bright relationship with consciousness !! thank you for giving us such an example of mindfull loving and living ! om
I hope you enjoy this practice Isabelle! 🙂
I’m almost finished reading “The Man’s Guide to Women” — The Gottmans’ work is really helpful; glad you’re referencing them. Donna Eden and David Feinstein have also written a helpful book, “Energies of Love”. Hope your course goes well!
Thank you for your insight, it makes perfect sense and I think I could use it in my relationship with a friend of mine as well
Wonderful tips and practices Rachael Jayne. Thanks for sharing! So important in every relationship. I would love to add some of my own inspiration to this.
I have done this for years with my son. From when he was 10 years old we would sit together every two weeks at what we called ‘fire counsel’. After the sharing of the more difficult things, we would always share our compliments with each other. And finish it up with something special, like a massage, a board game, watching a movie, or a special late night dive in the sea.
And when I started a relationship with a partner he and his two kids also started to join us. It had a huge impact on his relation with his children!
And even now, when something is really up between me and my son (he lives on his own already for 5 years) we call for fire counsel. I truly believe every family would benefit from this.
This is wonderful Wilka! You can absolutely apply it to every type of relationship! Thank you for sharing 🙂
