It’s been a long time coming here at Groover HQ, and we are doing our version of the happy dance today.
This is the place where you will get a weekly practice on presence, purpose, and practical spirituality.
Your first practice will help you positively influence someone when you first meet them.
If you are finding you are not making an impact with prospective clients or colleagues right away, watch this today.
If you are finding that people don’t follow through with what you tell them, this is for you.
The WAY you “plant the seed” for your idea, your business, or the outcome you want is what is most important. First impressions last – a long time.
In today’s episode I will show you how to “plant the seed” so people remember you and want to take some sort of action with you.

Thanks River! Glad you like it. One thing we do in our Authentic Speaker Academy is get everyone to get their story down to 30 seconds. It’s doable, not that you will want to do that every time 🙂
Making someone feel something or feel cared for around you, might be just a look in your eye, or time to really “Be” with them. Think the small things too.

I want people to realise how much emotional pain they are causing themselves with their thoughts and habits. i want them to feel hopeful and see the powerful potential for change that they can unlock by being loving and gentle towards themselves(and working with me, of course.)
I can share personal story about how those habits affected me, my family and my work .

Hi Rachael, I found you a few weeks ago and really love your presence, the way you speak, your message and your beautiful being. Thank you so much for your inspiration! I’m now reading your book ‘Powerful and Feminine’ and doing the exercises 🙂
I’m currently facing a big challenge. I know I can and want to help many people on their spiritual path. It’s time to share all what I’ve learned so far. But until recently I worked as an assistant in a corporate world for many years (I’m now 51) and it’s very difficult for me to come out of hiding, express my authentic truth and be a leader. I feel a hard shell around me. Trying to convince myself that it’s not about me and that I’m just a conduit for God/Life etc. doesn’t really help. Do you have any good idea?

I’m glad you found us. My suggestion is for you is to start sharing your truth in small ways this week, when it’s hard. This is your biggest challenge, and it is for most people. SO when you do it, you will be more valuable resource to those around you because you can help them do what you have done. Be the change you wish to help others be, and they will notice. It’s not easy, but it will become easier.

I want people to feel the an opening to possibility within their hearts of sharing their own heart’s calling; a natural child-like enthusiasm; and a deep curiosity to experience what I am sharing.
How many emotions do we focus on planting the seed? I can’t choose between: enthusiasme, inspiration, desire for action, longing for more…. I can imagine the more focus on one, the better…
Hi Fransje, I think focusing on a few at one time is fine. It’s the combination of feelings that is usually most impactful. Great question! There will be times in the interaction that you want them to feel one way and another time where you want them to feel another way. Big hug sweet sister!
I want people to feel hopeful and inspired but first I want them to feel loved by feeling seen, heard and accepted just as they are and where they are. I want hem to know they don’t need to be “fixed” and they aren’t “broken”, they are perfect no matter where they are in their journey.
