It’s simple and it’s not.
To manifest what you want, you have to be clear about what you want.
How can you get clear on what you truly want if your head is giving you mixed messages?
Every coach has their favorite way to help you access your heart’s desire, but we often forget the simplest and most fundamental thing that underlies it all.
Watch this short video to make sure you are creating the space for true clarity and quicker manifestation.
Much love,
Thank you. Just what I needed to hear today. http://www.sumariscenter.com Been in my field for over 50 years. Just not tech knowledgeable. My partner is going to help me do what i want to do. Webinars on all 97 of my shows. http://www.webtalkradio.net/shows/journey-into-an-unknown-world/ But it takes time to gt website in order and pr etc. etc. So been swamped and nothing seems to go right, especial computer programming. I am in Continental Who’s Who and Pinnacle Speaker etc. but cash has been the bane of my life since I was born in London WWII. Done loads of work on self too. I need my team.
Thanks Rachael Jayne, very good video. I have just moved into shared accommodation and how I create space is to shut my door, or say something like “I’m going home now” meaning – going upstairs to my room. I don’t listen to the prompt, and old one, which says …. so and so has come home, go downstairs to greet him.
Namaste. Victoria
Thanks Rachael Jayne, I agree with this. I am
Sitting quietly looking out of my bay window
At the sky after dinner most evenings and it is
Very soothing and calming. As you heard me on the
Phone other day, it’s easy to hear my enthusiasm
When excited. I had a good experience on the train
Today with same person who have me a seat
In a.m. And sat next to in p.m. Feel the law of attraction
Is working and it’s exciting.
I frequently go to a nature reserve where there is a hill where I can look out over the rolling hills and buffalo. I call it My Mountain, because it is where I go to create space for myself to reflect on the last few weeks, recognize where I am, and focus on where I want to go.
By connecting with nature and being silent in the moment, I am able to provide myself with all the space I need to put direction on what it is that I need in my life.
I credit Rachael Jayne and her techniques to help me further this practice of being still and creating space to enjoy a wider vision.
Hello Rachael Jayne, that was exactly what I have been asking myself over the last weeks since I realised that I don’t know what I really want, so thank you so much!
I already started finding space for myself and I will carry on building on that.
Thank you and keep shining!
Love and blessings from Brighton-UK.
Hi Rachael Jayne, I always love your videos and they really help to keep me on track. The books you’ve recommended have been wonderful too! This weeks video really helped me answer a question I’ve been struggling with – at my early morning yoga classes recently the teacher has been asking us to reflect on what got us out of bed and on to the yoga mat so early – I’ve actually been struggling to REALLY know why – it feels good and I intuitively know I need to do it, but I had a light bulb moment when I watched your video just now – it gives me space and that keeps me connected with me! I think this knew knowledge will actually deepen my yoga practice. Thanks so much for your kind generosity. I learn so much from you. Best wishes from Meredith in Melbourne, Australia
Yummy idea Rachael Jayne! Space! Of course! So obvious that we look past it. We are human doers and this technique requires us to be human beings. I make space during my swims and through journaling where all things are possible at the end of my pinpoint. I also like your description of a desire, that it bubbles up and expands. I love your vids, short, sweet and valuable. My find thanks, Karen in Denver
